Origin story

Growing up around Ayurvedic traditions

Coming from a family familiar with Ayurvedic traditions and herbal knowledge in India, I grew up around Ayurveda and yoga.

My own path to working as a practitioner developed later in life after a corporate career in London. I chose to undertake formal education in Ayurveda, Panchkarma and yogic sciences and gradually built my practice around traditional wellbeing and lifestyle support.

The journey

A practice shaped around wellbeing

I enjoy helping clients create routines that encourage self-care, balance, relaxation and greater awareness of lifestyle choices.

My aim is to create a welcoming wellbeing centre where traditional Ayurvedic concepts, bodywork, yoga and lifestyle guidance can be experienced together in a complementary setting.

Experience & qualifications

Training and qualifications

I am a qualified Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultant (UK), Panchkarma Practitioner (Kerala), Ayurvedic Beauty Therapist (Kerala) and Yoga & Pranayama Consultant (Kerala).

The Ananta vision

A complementary setting for self-care

At Ananta Ayurveda, under the guidance of Anjali, clients can explore traditional Ayurvedic practices alongside lifestyle, nutrition, yoga, Panchkarma-inspired wellness, herbs and beauty therapies. The purpose is to support general wellbeing, relaxation and self-care.

My role at Ananta Ayurveda is as an Ayurvedic practitioner and wellness coach, not as a medical doctor. I do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
